in Nusa Dua and Kuta Bali,
Andreas Menzel, born in Schopfheim in south black forest
Germany, has fulfilled a longstanding dream of himself.
The widely traveled chief cook, who graduate with best
grade his cook training on a German advanced technical
college and a diet school, can right look back with pride
on his experiences in a lot of different countries on
this earth. After some years at the Basler Schweizer Hof
/Swiss, at Victoria and at Park Hotel
in Sankt Moritz/ Swiss, he became longing in longer distance
and step by step he comes more far from home to exercise
his special cookery art. At first to London at Hilton
and Bristol Hilton and a while later to Australia at Park
Royal Sydney and at Hotel
Mallards in South Africa. A short time after these experiences
Andreas Menzel meets his destiny in the shape of Luh Gede,
a bright Balinese
temple dancer and he fall in love!
She
tamed the world traveler and let him feel home on the
dream island Bali.
After overcome of numerous barriers they reach together
Andreas Menzels long standing dream the opening of his
first own restaurant
“Nyomans Beergarden” in the small village
Bualu at Nusa Dua on Bali.
Very fast particularly his European guests learn to appreciate
his delicious and famous cooking of the German and step
by step the success will not hold back. One restaurant
after the other follows the restaurant
